About Me
Nearly Three Decades
on the Front Lines.
Welcome. My name is Mohamed Mansour. I am Egyptian, based in Dubai, and the father of three incredible young children who are still at the beginning of their own life journeys. They are one of the deepest reasons behind my passion and motivation to build Meemozone.
For nearly three decades, I have operated on the front lines of technology, enterprise risk, and business transformation. I am not a career academic trainer. I am an Executive Practitioner.
My professional journey has taken me from Cairo to Dubai, and across some of the most demanding, high-stakes environments in the Middle East and Africa — from the rainforests of Gabon to post-conflict Basrah to the remote, capital-intensive mines of Guinea.
Throughout my 18-year tenure with Shell, and later in my role as IS&T Program Director for Rio Tinto's Simandou megaproject, I served as an IT/OT leader and advisor. I directed digital transformation and infrastructure programs valued at over $200 million, supporting greenfield and brownfield capital megaprojects valued at more than $17 billion. I also led diverse, international teams of more than 100 professionals.

Over the years, while managing large budgets, complex stakeholders, and multicultural teams, one truth became very clear to me:
"What we study in textbooks does not always work neatly in the real world."
Managing a project is not just about building the perfect schedule. It is about understanding people, navigating uncertainty, solving unexpected problems, and making practical decisions under pressure.
I am still an active operator, not only a teacher. Alongside my B2B enterprise advisory work, I am building an IoT-driven, AI-automated vertical farm prototype and an AI agentic platform for capital megaprojects.
I do not claim to have all the answers. But I am deeply committed to learning, reading, analyzing, experimenting, and sharing what I discover along the way.

Throughout my career, my greatest professional joy has come from coaching, mentoring, and building the capabilities of the people around me. I founded Meemozone with a clear mission: to give back to the MENA region by helping empower the next generation of Arab entrepreneurs, engineers, project managers, and ambitious leaders.
Meemozone is built as a hybrid social enterprise model designed to bridge the gap between C-suite strategy and real-world execution. It is intended to generate profit, primarily to fuel a broader mission of knowledge sharing, innovation, and regional capability building. This ecosystem is powered by two core pillars.
